First 90 Days Sales Plan Weeks 1-2: Research and Familiarization 1. Connect with Previous Territory Manager, Colten Steele: o Schedule time with Colten Steele to get a solid understanding of the specific market of South Florida. o Take notes of current pipeline that is in place and which markets and potential customers have been contacted, create a follow up list of potential customers and any known untapped customers. 2. Market Research: o Conduct extensive research on high schools, colleges, parks and recreation departments, and youth sports clubs in South Florida. Especially look for emerging youth soccer leagues being developed. o Identify key decision-makers and direct use staff within each organization. o Leverage military background to seek out military instillations with recreational and ceremony parade fields. 3. Competitor Analysis: o Analyze whether TinyMobileRobots or SWOZI, or another competitor has entered in the region to understand their offerings and market positioning. Weeks 3-4: Networking and Initial Outreach 1. Networking Events: o Utilize notes from initial meetings with Colten, as well as notes from market research for jumping off point for this and all future steps. o Attend local sports-related events, conferences, and networking functions to connect with potential clients and understand industry dynamics. 2. Social Media: o Utilize the power of social media along with engaging product videos and demonstrations to make new connections and contacts. 3. Establish Contacts: o Initiate contact with key decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, or introductory calls to introduce yourself and Turf Tank's solutions. 4. Schedule Introductory Meetings: o Arrange face-to-face or virtual meetings with prospects to present Turf Tank's offerings and understand their needs. Weeks 5-8: Pipeline Development 1. Needs Assessment: o Conduct needs assessments during meetings to understand the specific requirements of each organization. Are they looking to save time or money? Are they looking to have a more pristine field to offer? Are they looking to have time to better care for other grounds areas? Maybe a combination of all? Find out their “why” for the product. What barriers are there to purchase?
2. Customized Presentations: o Tailor presentations to showcase how Turf Tank's technology addresses the unique challenges faced by each type of organization (schools, parks, clubs, military instillations). Answer their “why” and solve their “barriers”. 3. CRM Implementation: o Set up and utilize the CRM system to track prospects, activities, and manage the sales pipeline efficiently. 4. Follow-Up Strategy: o Consult with fellow Regional Territory Mangers and develop a systematic follow- up strategy to nurture leads and keep prospects engaged. Weeks 9-12: Relationship Building and Goal Setting 1. Relationship Building: o Focus on building strong relationships with key personnel through ongoing communication and support. Customers are keener to show interest in your relationship than in your product. 2. Goal Setting: o Collaborate with prospects to set clear goals and timelines for implementing Turf Tank's solutions within their facilities. 3. Activity Review: o Evaluate the effectiveness of your outreach and adjust strategies based on feedback and results. 4.
