Transformational leaders inspire their team with a compelling vision and encourage personal and professional growth. Transformational leaders focus on transforming their followers into better individuals, personally and professionally. Example : A school principal inspires teachers with a vision of the school’s future and encourages them to better themselves and take risks to achieve goals. Transactional .
