Justification 2 Kitchen Heaven Project Case Study part 2: Justification Kitchen Heaven is a well-known company that has retail locations selling dishes, cookware, and utensils. Now, they have 49 sites spread throughout several states in the US and Canada. Launching their 50th site is all about extending their business and consumer base. They want to do this by capitalizing on special events and increasing their income. Goal Opening the 50th Kitchen Heaven in Colorado Springs on February 1st is the company's aim. Certain conditions must be satisfied for this objective to be realized. A 1500–2000 square foot structure is one of the steps that will be taken. To have the shop stocked and ready to open on February 1st, the building must finish all work within the 120-day period leading up to that day. A thorough remodeling and construction plan will lay out the blueprint for the project. The start of work also means that the schedule will need to be adjusted. Purpose The new location will allow Kitchen Heaven to reach a wider audience and attract more customers. The property and region selected for the store's location inside Colorado Springs are crucial to its success, thus careful consideration of these factors is required. The optimal location for the shop will be determined after extensive investigation of the Colorado Springs area's demographics. The store's debut schedule depends on how quickly we can find this land and building. Outcomes
Justification 3 The extraordinary events and activities that will be brought about by this new shop are only one of the numerous repercussions of Kitchen Heaven's milestone celebration. A crucial factor that must be thought about is the neighborhood where the shop is located. There must be a household income of at least $150,000 per year for this area to be considered wealthy. For this result to materialize, inventory orders must be meticulously prepared and delivered both before and on the day of the store's debut. In addition to replenishing items when they sell out, this will guarantee that the shop is stocked and ready to start. It is essential that all events and activities be meticulously organized in relation to the Garden and Home Show. Conclusion In conclusion, there must be a team of people working together to complete this project as well as a clear timeline with deadlines to keep the team on track for launching the store February 1st. The goal, purpose, and outcomes are the building blocks that this store is built on. The decisions made about the store should be based upon these three factors. This will ensure that the store has clear direction and focus.
