Procurement Processes  Keep proper financial records for submission to General Manager Finance  Tender a competitive bid for the acquisition of resources required The preparation and processing of a demand, as well as the final receipt and approval of payment, are all included in the procurement processes. b. Employee Recruitment and Induction Strategies  Post advertisements for job vacancies on various social media sites  Provide new employees with copies of policies and procedures Attracting and securing people to fill particular or specific organizational jobs is an element of the recruiting and selection process. Making sure newly hired individuals adjust to their new roles and work environments is the goal of induction.

Parts of an Operational Plan Description c. Physical Resource and Service Acquisition Strategies  Select a supplier with mostly good online reviews  Prioritise service providers that Bounce Fitness has previously hired  Pre-assignment from previous projects.  Discussions with other project/functional managers.  Obtain resources from outside of the organization.  Virtual groups. d. Key Indicators of Organisational Performance  Increase net profit by 5% within the next three months  Exceed last month’s record for sales leads by 10%  Revenue expansion.  Revenue generated per client.  The profit margin.  Rate of client retention.
