Task 1: Conduct Training Needs Analysis ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS This task will require you to conduct training needs analysis for at least four members of a team. Use the following templates provided at the Bounce Fitness site: Training Needs Analysis Record of Events To complete this task, you must: Access and review the following: o Organisational policies and procedures for the following: Conducting training needs analysis (TNA) Maintaining records, which must include information on the vocabulary to be used in completed records o Performance standards relevant to each team member o Organisational plans for developing teams o Documents/sources that contain information on the actual performance of each member of the team Documents/sources accessed can include: Key performance indicator (KPI) data Observational data Performance reviews Conduct a training needs analysis on each team member
