The chief executive officer (CEO) of Kron has asked that you complete the following: Explain how the revenue cycle influences the building of the new hospital. Here at krona hospital it is all about expertise customer care and services. In order for the hospital to be successful it is all about the hospital having a valid revenue process. In order for the hospital to be truly successful the hospital must have a successful revenue cycle process. If the revenue process is a success this will ensure that the hospital finances are under control. The revenue cycle influences the building of the new hospital because you have to take construction building and other financial aspects into consideration. Discuss why increased outpatient services will be required to improve revenue in bundled care, accountable care and value based care. As discussed in previous posts bundled care, accountable care and value based care main objective is to provide the best priority coordinated care. With the use of outpatient services we can expect a higher reimbursement rate. With the increase in bundled care, accountable care an value based care it is important to the improvement of revenue. Discuss 3 ethical concerns in the new billing environment. There are a few ethical concerns in the new billing environment which consists of the protection of the patients data, accuracy in the billing and coding and lastly the equity in the access to patient care. I feel as if these three things play a major role in the ethical concerns.
