Write a paragraph of 300 words or more on the following: Give an example of a personal experience that you’ve had with a company that demonstrates a noteworthy level of corporate social responsibility. What makes them CSR and how does it positively impact the community or you? According to CFI (2023), "corporate social responsibility" (CSR) refers to corporate governance techniques that businesses implement to make sure their activities are moral and advantageous for society. The numerous types of CSR, including environmental responsibility, Economic responsibility, philanthropic responsibility and human rights responsibility, were also mentioned. My personal encounter with Beautiful Feet & Fashion, a provider of outdoor apparel and footwear, was one instance of a business that excelled in terms of CSR. I had the chance to personally witness Beautiful Feet & Fashion's dedication to social responsibility and environmental sustainability when I bought a jacket and a pair of boots from them. When I first got the jacket and boot, I saw a tag on the jacket saying, "Recyclable and resaleable." I was initially perplexed, but after reading the tag, I understood that Beautiful Feet & Fashion was urging customers to rethink their purchasing selections in light of the environment before discarding their old jackets. Additionally, the " Worn Wear" initiative of Beautiful Feet & Fashion encourages customers to fix their worn-out footwear and reuse their apparel as opposed to purchasing new ones. For their products, they provide repair services. Overall, Beautiful Feet & Fashion's dedication to social responsibility and environmental sustainability benefits the neighborhood as well as myself as a customer, by lessening their influence on the environment and encouraging clients to do the same. Finally, the idea of corporate social responsibility (CSR) goes beyond only fostering social change and advancing a sustainable economy; it also offers various advantages to the business, especially in terms of hiring and customer marketing. This is due to the fact that stakeholders and clients care about a company for more reasons than just its products and financial success.
