a description of the tool or technique a second factory all tablets cloud base used proof of your comparison (e.g. table, financial analysis etc) Strength The cheapest among all the solutions Not worrying about disruption of production and supply May solve the issue at once The cheapest among all the solutions an assessment of bias in your decision- making (actual or perceived) Weakness Instability and lack of control Expensive to establish another factory High expense and not a long-term solution Decrease in sales profit Choose the best solution for your complex issue The best solution to the complex issue is the readapting the cloud base that allows customers to access the softwares from remote. Based on the comparison analysis, this solution is the most feasible one as it has the minimum cost and is the most practical and stable one for both short term and long term. The solution meets the requirements of Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and has clear information regarding the company’s payment policy that guide the customers to use the cloud base servic e. While compared to other solution, readapting the cloud base service seems to be the most stable, there is one risk which is the server breaking down, leading to the service unable to be used by customers. Also, the cloud base might be under a potential risk to be hacked. The advantages of this solution include the least expensive solution, the most stable and allows the company to keep providing both products from the manufacturing factory and offer cloud base services for customers at the same time. Choose the best alternative and explain: Why did you choose it? How does it meet the legislation and organisational policy requirements? Are there any risks associated with your solution? What are the advantages of the chosen solution?
