Measurable goal: Make a publication of the public statement and make it accessible on the website of the organization to show its position on the social issues. 1) explain the goal in detail; The goal mainly targets to address organizational position on the social issues. By formulating and implementing the goal statement, the organizational is able to demonstrate its commitments on values (Bernstein et al., 2020) . (2) why you chose it as a goal; The choice for the goal is influenced by need for accountability and transparency. This is a pathway for promoting racial equity and diversity. (3) how does the goal support the agency’s mission; The goal is aligned to the mission of the agency and its commitments. Looking at the goal and the commitments of the organization, it is possible to note shared commitments around diversity and inclusion. (4) how will your organization’s structure impact the achievement of these goals? Will it help achievement or hinder it? The achievement of this goal can be positively impacted by the organization’s structure. For instance, if the organization has well developed communication and decision-making channels, then the process of approving the public statement can be facilitated effectively. This can be achieved by examining the actions undertaken by the organization during inclusion, diversity and equity meetings. (2) why you chose it as a goal; The choice of this goal was manly influenced by the commitments of the organization and its position on inclusion and diversity. The organization can determine areas of focus by evaluating metrics including employee diversity and satisfaction and the representation at the organizational level (Bernstein et al., 2020) . (3) how does the goal support the agency’s mission; The mission of the agency is supported by the goal through its stance on racial equity and diversity. The goal aims to put in place a mechanism for evaluating and tracking inclusion and diversity. (4) how will your organization’s structure impact the achievement of these goals?
