INTUIT 2 Executive Summary The company I chose to research is Intuit. I have worked for them for several years and they have a great virtual program. Intuit background in intensive. Products like TurboTax and Credit Karma are just a couple of the personal and commercial financial solutions that Intuit develops for users all around the world. In addition to offering paid volunteer time, staff resource networks like the African Ancestry and Pride networks, backup childcare, fertility benefits, and assistance for children with disabilities, the corporation is dedicated to pay equity. It offers numerous remote job possibilities in the fields of sales, software engineering, design, user experience, accounting, and customer support in addition to virtual internships. The financial technology infrastructure that drives success for the individuals and communities we serve is provided by Intuit. Intuit believes that everyone should have the chance to succeed, and with more than 100 million users of TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp worldwide, we agree.

They have moved to virtual, at home spaces. Although they are virtual, intuit has remain one of the top industries in their field. When the pandemic hit, Intuit acted quickly to transform their platform that supported their employees as they adjusted to the new norm. It was crucial to assist workers in succeeding in their new temporary workspaces. In addition to offering remote technology, Intuit increased wellness perks to better meet the demands of the workforce. The leaders were given the tools they needed to support their teams and develop as leaders. Of course, as time passed, they listened to the staff and modified their strategy. After the pandemic was over, Intuit decided to not return to the traditional way of working. Instead, they embraced the period of change as a way to revamp their workforce and workplace strategy to build a better workspace for their employees. Since the pandemic, Intuit learned a lot. According to the article, 88% of Intuit employees reported working full-time primarily or exclusively from an Intuit site. For the company to determine this strategy, they surveyed 9,800 intuit employees worldwide. What they discovered was that working remotely has many advantages but also some significant drawbacks.
