The title assignment page : page 2 2. our scenario : Scenario 1 — Federal Skilled Worker David Wong is 32 years old, a citizen of China. He has a Master’s Degree in computer science and has been employed as a software developer with ABC Inc. in Hong Kong for the last 7 years. He took IELTS exam in March 2018 and got all 8.0 for the four abilities. He has never worked or studied in Canada. He does not have a job offer from a Canadian employer. His sister, 28, is a Canadian citizen and is residing in Toronto. His wife Jenny Lin is 29 years old now. They were married in 2015. Jenny also took IELTS in December 2017 and got 7.0 for all the four abilities. Jenny studied in U of T as an international student for 4 years, after she graduated from a High School in Beijing, China. After graduating from U of T, she got a job in Hong Kong and the couple got married in Hong Kong. She has been working with EFG company as a HR manager for 3 years in Hong Kong. David and Jenny have 2 siblings each, their parents are married and reside in China. Jenny’s sister is a student in the USA. They do not have children. 3 .Relevant sections of the IRPA and its regulation(s) related to the application processes, Departmental procedures (IRCC, IRB, etc.) Based on the information , they may be eligible to apply for one of the following immigration programs through Express Entry :

Based on their profile, they may have a high chance of meeting the FSWP criteria, as they have a Master's degree, 7 years of work experience as a software developer, and a high level of English proficiency. . - *Canadian Experience Class (CEC)*: This program is for skilled workers who have Canadian work experience and want to become permanent residents. need to have at least one year of skilled work experience in Canada, meet the required language levels for your job, and plan to live outside the province of Quebec. Based on their profile, they may not be eligible for this program, as they have never worked in Canada. However, his wife Jenny may qualify for this program, as she has a Bachelor's degree from a Canadian university and 3 years of work experience as a HR manager in Hong Kong. they may also be eligible for the *Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)*, which allows Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and who are interested in settling in a particular province or territory. Each province and territory has its own streams and criteria for their PNP. Every few weeks, the Canadian government will issue invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residence to the highest-ranking candidates in the pool. If they receive an ITA, they will have 60 days to submit their complete application for permanent residence. they will need to provide supporting documents, such as passport, education credentials, work experience letters, language test results, police certificates, and medical exams. they will also need to pay the application fees, which are $1365 per adult.
