Explain the hearing outcome and finalise the records In this case the Tribunal has accepted Craig’s explanation, and subject to Craig paying all outstanding rent, and giving an undertaking to pay future rent as and when it falls due, the Tribunal did not grant the landlord possession. You are to report on your actions after the completion of the case. In your report you need to cover the following issues: - i.
