Did you find any anything during the inspection that was not compliant? If yes, what were they? (If you did not find any non-compliances, think of one thing that could have been not compliant.) There is no cleaning done in the client's room. Every item is dispersed throughout the area. In addition, there are numerous unnecessary things in the room that could endanger the customer. Then, noncompliance items represent a real issue. 2.
What did you do about the things you found on the checklist that you felt were not compliant? (If you did not find any non-compliances in your safety check, refer to the item you identified above.) The supervisor was shown the items that were noted above. Then, per the supervisor's advice, we cleaned the client's room, took out everything that wasn't needed, and put everything back where it belonged.
