In the evaluation phase of the system life cycle, Alpha Health will be assessed to see if requirements and goals are met. Feedback received will help us with this. We'll review any weaknesses and make improvements to ensure Epic meets the standards.
During the system life cycle's implementation phase, the conversion to Epic after it has been tested and accepted. It will include notifying users, providing training, installing computer hardware and software, and integrating the system into daily work processes. Testing will continue

The new system will enable growth and access to all providers in Alpha Healthcare Organization. It will allow the entire care team and the patient to access the information. The system includes various features such as scheduling, registration, clinical documentation, etc. It is recommended that staff members be involved in the process to offer guidance, recognize challenges, and propose recommendations due to changes in existing processes.
