There are many ways that you can work together in many different cloud- based services. I really
like Skype Business Plan. You can use it to share most documents for the whole workplace. If you have a connection to the web, you can access any document that has been shared. OneDrive is great because it is free, is a way to share a file. One person creates a file or files that would want to share with their co-workers. Once it is all done, it is easy for others to access.
Describe how you can share a file or folder as you collaborate with teammates
To share a file, cloud based is one of the best and simplest way to do it. I personally would use Google Drive, or the Skype Business Plan over OneDrive to share files. I would create a file that I would like to be shared to all of my co-workers. Once that is done, they could have full access to that file or files.
Evaluate and prioritize any security issues related to using cloud-based file management tools.
There are a lot of concerns with security issues surrounding cloud-based file management. There has been multiple breach on most cloud-based services. Dealing with anyone that can bypass firewalls to access files from that services, there will always be concerns with cloud-based file management. The best way to be safe when sharing files, is to make sure you have the correct software to protect you.
