Developer The Developer’s role in agile comes with many responsibilities, these can include understanding the needs of users, project management, and teamwork. What requests would you make of the Product Owner and/or tester? As the developer I would request from the Product owner, their vision for the project. I will be able to do my job better knowing what the Product owner expects and needs. It is important for the developer to have a clear understanding of which direction the project should be going in. A request that I would ask for from both the Product owner and Tester would be open communication. How do you ensure you will get the response you need to move forward? I think the best way to get the response needed to move forward is communication. Whether during the daily SCRUM meeting, email, video conferences or other meetings it is important to keep the communication going within the team. How does the agile methodology allow you to be more flexible in your approach to development? The agile methodology helps developers to be flexible when it comes to their development because, agile allows for things to be changed along the way, you don’t have to wait until the end to make changes. Product Owner, I will be needing some additional information about the current project. To start, should the images and font be a certain size?
