My favorite part about this week would have been creating an audit for attributes of a nonprofit and then rating those attributes on how well they were able to accomplish those tasks. It was really interesting to me because I was able to find what a nonprofit was doing really good at and what they could have used more growth in not just looking at the impact of the nonprofit itself so that was really interesting. In response to the prompt,This week's lesson would help the border of director find out how they can innovate certain parts of their goals or tasks that they want to accomplish but may not be doing as much as they could be doing. But it would also help directors to facilitate growth in the infrastructure of organizations or projects.
