To deal with cost blowouts we need to create a good handle on the finances and create a financial plan which is a key to creating safety net We have the technology where we can use cloud automates complex tasks, saving money, increasing productivity and eliminating the manual processes that can cause errors. Moreover, make a contingency plan as this planning will minimise budget blowouts by allowing the business to respond effectively in the future.
