To deal with unforeseen incidents and expenses, it is important that we review operational
plan against actual financial data on regular basis, by checking reports such as profits, loss,
cash flow forecast, income versus expenditure and payroll liabilities which give us an insight
into whether the company is meeting its operational objectives so we need to check invoices
from suppliers and labour hire companies to make sure we are being invoiced correctly and
we are meeting budget.
To deal with cost blowouts we need to create a good handle on the finances and create a
financial plan which is a key to creating safety net We have the technology where we can use
cloud automates complex tasks, saving money, increasing productivity and eliminating the
manual processes that can cause errors. Moreover, make a contingency plan as this planning
will minimise budget blowouts by allowing the business to respond effectively in the future.
