The post has elaborately explained how the Consolidated Appropriations Act, a federal-
level legislative action plan, aimed to ensure that children access food during their summer holidays. I agree with the post that the action plan has a specific goal to guarantee the provision of meals to children from rural low-income families. Similarly, the post has buttressed the understanding of the action plan by explaining how other legislations, such as Summer Electronic Transfer, will complement Consolidated Appropriations Act (Katz & Rockenback, 2023). Nonetheless, the post has failed to provide specific examples of how the action plan will be implemented by childhood professionals and administrators. I am convinced that the post could be enriched by outlining how the action plan will impact the early childhood environment and the role that should be played by childhood administrators.
