Task 4: WHS Evaluation Project Section 1: Performance Report The WHS data is as follows: WHS Policy The WHS policy was developed in consultation with staf and defines goals and responsibilities. WHS policy is available on the Staf Intranet WHS policy has been signed by the CEO. The WHS policy has met the benchmarks and qualified as satisfactory performance in meeting all elements of it. WHS Responsibilities WHS responsibilities included in the policy and procedure. WHS responsibilities have not met minimum performance benchmarks and do not meet basic legal requirements. Recommendation: WHS policy should be included in job descriptions. WHS responsibilities should be reviewed periodically for best match. WHS Training WHS training and induction session conducted on the introduction of the new WHS Policy and Procedure. Induction records maintained. WHS training has met benchmarks for satisfactory performance by combining the elements with the performance matrix where induction training is given before someone starts working. WHS procedures WHS policy and procedure in force WHS policy and procedure have reached minimum performance as policies are not available in the workplace. Recommendation: Policies and procedures should be reviewed to assess efectiveness. In addition, it must be available electronically. . Risk management processes. Clear procedures for risk management with identified responsibilities. Risk management processes have reached the benchmark of satisfactory performance as managers have identified responsibilities for risk management. WHS inspections Each staf member conducts inspections as needed. This has reached the minimum performance benchmark that does not meet legal obligations. Recommendation: inspection checklist to be used People must have WHS training and experience in the workplace Incident Report / Emergency Response Incident form on the intranet. Most reported incidents. This has met the parameters of satisfactory performance by complying with the basic system and legal compliance Incident report.
