Project Closure Report
Project Background
The background of the project is the assessing of the options and costs that benefit a
mobile network in lieu of the incumbent information technology. There has been a dynamic
innovation cycle in the past four years that has seen the development of mobile computing
systems, systems visualizations, public data services, and data integration. The objectives of
the project included the development of a new mobile system that could solve current
problems and provide the needed features for the new mobile computing systems. In other
words, the goal was to determine whether the relevant personnel could improve the current
mobile systems and reduce the cost of operation. Since this is a working hypothesis, there are
no defined dates from the date of inception, and completion. The project organization
involves call center people, the ESB service people, and the vendors for the legacy mobiles,
the CIS members, and field technicians.
Project Performance and Outcome
The project was successful since all protocols were followed, and the relevant
personnel were present during the various processes. The project achieved success as
evidenced by the project outcomes that saw the Denver Water workforce mobilize new
thinking ways or rather IT solutions that businesses can adopt. The project provided vital
lessons for the innovative people willing to invest in mobile solutions. There were no project
deviations since all resources were used during the correct time, and assigned personnel
delivered their duties as per the set deadlines. The quality objectives were met in lieu of the
project models, methods, processes, and tools used.

Project Experiences and Observations
There were no unexpected impacts from the project. Therefore, there are no
unexpected impacts from the project. The experience from the project is that collaboration is
essential since unity is necessary to achieve goals.
Unrealized and Outstanding Outputs
The outstanding items include the utilities that reduce complexities in mobile
computing. Other items include printouts that are taken on the field at the beginning of each
day. The unrealized work routines were some of the outstanding outputs from the project. The
actions required are in lieu of the duties and responsibilities of the relevant personnel. The
outstanding outputs were realized, and this led to the overall success of the project.
Improvement Recommendations and Comments
1.
Include other professionals that are in line with the objectives of the project.
2.
Methods can be improved through revamping with other scholars who work in the
same line of work.
Other Comments
The project was fun to work on, and I learned a lot.
