An unexpected pull out from one of our main speakers cost us an additional $1,500 compare to our previous offer. From these two main over-budget situations, it is very unfortunate. However, with the new publicity due to other change, we were able to save more than $7,000 to our marketing/publicity cost. 2. Send an email to the Manager (your assessor). Speakers are somewhat unpredictable factor just like any other entertainment elements. This could be improved by invoking a contract-like bonding relationship to ensure speakers are not permitted to pull out of the event in the last minute without invoking major financial consequences to the speaker. 5. Speakers are somewhat unpredictable factor just like any other entertainment elements. This could be improved by invoking a contract-like bonding relationship to ensure speakers are not permitted to pull out of the event in the last minute without invoking major financial consequences to the speaker.
