Katie is still in the middle of the goal setting process. She is currently working toward
deciding on what she would like to do on a professional level.

She has not set a career goal currently, no.
Developed a career strategy? Why or why not?
No, she has not developed a career strategy. Unfortunately, my interview could not
provide me with a definitive answer as to why. She is 23 and still trying to find her
way in life. Personally, I believe she is too comfortable with the position that she sits
in today.
What should he or she be doing next?
I believe that Katie’s next step is her most important and that is to establish a
professional goal. Once Katie is able to do that, career strategy development and
implementation should come naturally throughout the rest of the process.
