Dates for Project: This project has an estimate of taking 180 days starting from 04/10/2023 to 10/10/2023. Project’s Budget: The project’s budget will be $4.8 million, including an extra cost of $400,000 for vast purposes. The objective of the Project: Target the modern office within a six-month timeframe of meeting the client’s request. This will take advantage of the project restrictions such as time and cost. Deliverables: Includes parking areas, washrooms, board rooms, cabinets of concrete, kitchen, waiting rooms, and meeting rooms. Milestones: Includes foundation laying, wall elevations, frame laying, interior and exterior, plumbing, and construction for the electric circuit (Nimbal & Jamadar, 2017). Tech Requirements: Five offices with an eight-person capacity One-hundred-person capacity for the boardroom. Thirty-person capacity waiting room. The kitchen for the use of heating meals. Washrooms, 2 for the men and 2 for the women. Parking area that can park up to 40 vehicles. Exclusions and Limits: The entertainment grounds are excluded from the project such as the swimming pools. Customer Review and Agreement: The agreement consists of shall be started as needed and for clients to offer the necessities to facilitate the project. The Project Critical Path passes through the paths of Pieces of training, Foundations, framing, Dry In, Landscaping, and Final Acceptance (Nooriafshar, 2015).
