This class will give you a broader knowledge of Supply claim management. Supply Chain Management (SCM) has evolved, and its originating ideas can be traced back to various key concepts and practices.
Some original supply chain concepts are logistics management, inter-organizational cooperation, just-in-time, total quality management, and material requirement planning. The graduate-level Supply Chain Management class aims to provide you with an advanced and strategic understanding of the complexities within supply chain operations.
A few of the topics that you will learn in-depth are advanced supply chain strategy, supply chain analytics, and supply chain finance, to name a few. Some of the current trends in the supply chain are resilience and risk management, sustainable supply chain practices, digital transformation, and Industry 4.0. Supply chain risk management has evolved into one of the most active fields within supply chain management research. Much
of supply chain risk management work has focused on handling risks on the firms’ supply side (the upstream supply chain), such as supplier quality problems (Hofman et al., 2013).

While using the ChatGPT, I learned that you must give AI more specific questions when trying to
create a topic or write something specific. As I created the script, I tried to remember my personal experiences as a student and professional. One of the things I loved the most as a student was learning from professors with real-life experiences from which I could learn. And I discussed that in my script.

I chose to use most of method two because it provides information about the supply chain, personal experience, and how I would support my students if I were their professor. In the article Experts by Experience…the author discusses how their findings highlighted a sense of meaningful purpose from sharing their personal insights with nursing students (Picton & Paterson, 2019).
