How is giving a child on-the-spot feedback about his or her performance as a form of evaluation?
It's somewhat of an instant evaluation. This enables students and teachers to
discuss their success or failure in an activity. It allows teachers to instruct students on their development. It also lets students explain why the practice is challenging. It helps the child see their strengths and imperfections. It helps children progress in certain areas and identify their strengths to encourage them. Spot feedback evaluates a child's performance and identifies deficiencies.
What is the importance of having an emergency care plan?
The main goal of an emergency action plan is to ensure personnel safety during a disaster. Emergency planning aims to minimize injuries, safeguard the community, and maintain corporate operations. An emergency plan usually has distinct roles and crisis processes.
