Primary sources are sources of information on a topic that are firsthand accounts and related by direct time or involvement, while secondary are accounts based on the primary sources. Explain why it is important to consult a variety of sources when conducting historical research. Include specific details and examples. Using multiple sources is a great way to get a full view of the event from varying perspectives. Every author is going to have certain biases and opinions that may or may not show through in the writing they provide, both primary and secondary. Rob Desantis and the Florida government attempt daily to push the progress back to the Stonewall rebellion, and back into the ages of criminalizing homosexuality because of fear and insecurity on their own behalf.
