HIS 262 Module Two Project Proposal Template
Chosen Topic: Criminal Justice – Miranda Rights Why did you choose this topic?
I chose criminal justice for my project because I have always had an interest in this field. There have been many laws put into place over many years for various reasons. Having the history behind the reasoning helps with understanding why these laws are in place and how they came about. Why would an audience be interested in an exhibit on this historical event or subject?
The Audience would find the exhibit of Miranda Rights interesting due to their importance. Another interesting fact is how these rights came about. Learning how these Rights can affect you if you ever have them read to you can be very important. This exhibit can give information the viewer may not have been aware of. List five primary sources
related to your topic and describe how each one relates to the historical event or subject you chose.
