When it comes to Special Education Students have not always had these rights. Actually, in 1961 the United States did not provide public education to children that had disabilities. If a child had cognitive or emotional disabilities, such as deafness blindness, or the need for speech therapy. Parents did not have the
support from the public sector. The parents had to teach them at home or pay for private education. What the parent did when they began the process of securing public education, they created an Advocacy group
for their children. That is when they begin to meet with Teachers and politicians to help create an act that
is designed to expand education. There was the relevance of the diversity that has demonstrated that has ensure that all children are treated equally regardless of their lifestyles, races, or the fact that have disabilities. This helps educators to see that all things are suitable in their classroom. That all students are alike and get their applause. Through all the challenges that the Parents and the students had, some laws are in place to ensure they are receiving the proper education. Now in today the curriculum IDEA and ADA has reached so many families. Americans with Disabilities Act

This helps protect equal freedom and rights for people who are in the public, such as businesses,
for state and local taxpayers, that are funded organizations. Individuals Disabilities Education Act

Teachers can find suitable curriculums and a perspective to assist their students with being biased. It helps us to see the support that the parents can give and put their input into their education. We are the voices that our students have. This helps us engage us to obey every moral law and help create a positive education. When creating and planning we can see everything that is endured and how we help ensure that it is the right curriculum.
