Final Project
Part One: What
-This course have been a long bumpy journey for me but I am so happy that I have
learned so much in this course. I have learned how to deal with my students the
correct way and how to teach and support my parents with their child(s). Also in
this course: Guiding Preschool Behavior and Building classroom community have
taught me how to implement my conflicts with my students.

Two strategies that have made a positive impact in my class are
Universal Design Principles in Early Care and Effective Praise. Using
these principles helped me design learning environments that are
responsive to all young children’s abilities, needs, and interests. And
also, help promote positive outcomes for kids who’s in need. Lastly
with effective praises used in my classroom it praises my students in
proximity especially at the secondary level and to know what to say
in specific tasks.
Part Two: Who
I will share my information with my co-workers and my director
during our meetings so everyone can know the strategies I have been
learning in my course. And also I will show ideas and give ideas to my
director to post informations about Effective praise and Universal
Design Prnciples. Sharing information with my co-workers will help
their classroom better and the school more safer.
Part Three: How
I will show a poster that highlight information about
the main importance of universal principles and effective praises.
During our meeting I will pass out copies to post on the parent board
and also for their references to keep on hand.
