Student-facing instructions You will need to complete the case study provided by answering all eight questions using APA format, in-text citations, and references that are no older than five years. Questions one through four need to be at least a paragraph long. Question five needs to be at least two to three paragraphs long and cited appropriately. You will do so by submitting it in a Word document. A rubric will be attached to the case study that you may use to help you through the assignment. Once completed please attach the assignment in the drop box on your student portal labeled “Vulnerable Populations” The assignment is due by Thursday at 11:59 p.m. A2. Authentic summative performance assessment Scenario: You are a community health nurse working at the local health department. A gentleman named Billy Marley is on your schedule for frequent severe headaches and dizziness. He just immigrated from Jamaica a few months ago in hopes of starting a new life. He had no access to healthcare down there, no plumbing, no electricity, and lived in a shack by himself. He dropped out of school to start working and helping his family when he lived in Jamacia. He now stays wherever he can with whoever he can, and sometimes that’s in a tent under a bridge. He works at a local gas station. He wants to get his GED so he can find a better job. He smokes a pack a day and drinks alcohol frequently to help with his pain. The doctor determines his symptoms are from high blood pressure and he needs to be started on a blood pressure medication. As the community health nurse, you will need to think about and answer the questions below. 1. How can the community health nurse help Billy get his blood pressure medication? 2.
