? Giving a child a sense of control in a hostile environment is a delicate but crucial undertaking. The ultimate objective is to promote empowerment and resilience even in less-than-ideal situations. I will establish Routines: Make dependable timetables and routines. And someone may feel more stable and in control of their life if they know what to anticipate each day. Offer Options: I will give the child the freedom to choose. Small matters like what to dress, what to have for a snack, or what game to play could be covered here. This gives individuals a sense of control over certain facets of their lives. I will encourage Expression: Whether it is through play, writing, drawing, or chatting, encourage children to communicate their emotions. Give them your undivided attention while assisting them in discovering constructive outlets for their emotions. I will encourage problem-solving ability: Instruct them on problem-solving techniques. Begin with modest, challenges and walk them through the steps of recognizing the problem, formulating a potential solution, attempting a solution. My strategy should be customized for the child's age, character, and particular circumstances. The secret is to give the child security, consistency, and support so they may grow resilient and gain a sense of control over their lives.
