Exercise Exercising every day can help to promote a healthy heart due to helping lower one’s blood pressure, resting heart rate atherogenic markers and increase cardiac hypertrophy (Pinckard et al., 2019).

Dancing
Swimming Healthy Diet
A heart healthy diet will help to lower cardiovascular disease risks which contains mostly fruits and vegetables, food made with whole grain, healthy protein sources (fish, seafood, plants, fat free dairy, lean meats) and no processed foods (Lichtenstein et al., 2021). Managing blood pressure
Proper position for taking blood pressure at home.
Checking one’s blood pressure and taking the medication at home can help to prevent heart disease. When a patient has high blood pressure it can cause damage to the heart and all the vessels that surround the heart (MHP Salud, 2020).
