Abstract
Research Purpose
: The purpose of this study is to better understand how artificial intelligence (AI)
might improve individualized patient care plans for patients with complicated medical demands. It
aims to assess the impact of AI-driven care plans on patient outcomes and healthcare delivery
optimization.
Background:
Artificial intelligence, in combination with machine learning algorithms,
has emerged as a promising tool for tailoring healthcare interventions. The shift toward patient-
centric care, particularly for complex health needs, emphasizes the demand for personalized care
plans.
Methods:
This study utilizes a comprehensive literature review methodology to explore the
current state of AI in healthcare, personalized care plans, and AI integration into healthcare systems.
The research assesses the feasibility, ethical considerations, and cost-effectiveness of AI in
addressing the unique requirements of complex patient populations. The articles were accessed
through databases such as PubMed, Web of Science, and CINAHL with the help of various
keywords that were directly related to the question research.
Results:
The findings suggest that AI-
driven personalized care plans have the potential to revolutionize healthcare. By analyzing extensive
patient data and utilizing machine learning, AI can provide highly individualized, adaptable, and
responsive care pathways for complex patient needs.
Conclusion:
The research underscores the
transformative potential of AI-driven personalized care plans in healthcare. Integrating AI can
enhance patient outcomes and healthcare delivery. This approach aligns with the growing trend
toward patient-centered care and may offer a more efficient, effective, and patient-specific approach
to complex health needs.
