Care Home and Supported Living Placements for everyone
My Supported Living Placements organization have provided services in the past but not under a
contract. We provided these services to the community without any type of agreement or
compensation. We did this because we felt it was our duty to help those in need. However, we have
since realized that we cannot continue to provide these services without some type of
compensation. We need to be able to pay our employees and cover our expenses. As a result, we
have decided to start contracting with the city. We will still provide the same high-quality services,
but we will now be doing so under a formal agreement. This will allow us to continue our work and
make a positive impact on the community.
The healthcare company will care for elderly, disabled and other vulnerable people in the comfort of
their own homes. Healthcare employees work closely with service users, families and carers to
ensure everyone receives the best possible care and support. Healthcare company is committed to

work with to lead happy, fulfilled lives.
My Supported Living Placements organization have got the most experienced and highly qualified
staff even the director himself works as a career. We are a registered charity and not for profit
organization. We provide high quality accommodation and support to disabled people. We promote
choice and control for our residents, supporting them to live as independently as possible. Our staff
work hard to build relationships of trust with our residents, their families and carers. Our aim is to
provide person-centred support that meets each individual's needs, allowing them to live fulfilling
lives in the community. We are accredited by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and
able to support NDIS participants.
We are also registered with the Victorian government's Disability Services Regulatory Authority
(DSRA). Our services are designed to meet the specific needs of each individual we support. We offer
a range of options for supported living, including group homes, individual apartments and share
houses. We also provide respite care, day programs and community access services. Our skilled and
experienced staff work closely with each individual to develop a support plan that meets their
unique needs. We are committed to providing quality services that make a positive difference in the
lives of our residents.
