(Summarize what has been learned in the lab, such as interfaces, functions, and buttons)
In this lab, I learned to use Google Earth Pro. It includes the basics such as learning how to save my progress and learning to read and understand information from a 3D map. While completing Lab 1, I learned to use Google Pro to locate streets, search locations, use the ground view feature, look at 3D buildings, and locate and placing placemarks. Lastly, I learned how to show historical imagery. Lab questions (Indent and provide an answer in a complete sentence)
Question 1
From viewing the Stadium from above and in front, what details from the aerial view can help identify just what the building is? From looking at Boone Pickens Stadium from the aerial view, I can see the shape and since the top roofing part of the stadium is open, I can view somewhat of the rows of the seats, where the seats are, and the football field. Question 2
By viewing the expanse of Oklahoma between Stadium and Devon Tower, you’ll realize there are many possible routes between the two. Why do you suppose Google Earth Pro chose this particular route to go from the Stadium to Devon?
I believe that Google Earth Pro chose this particular route because looking at the different routes possible it takes the least time to get to the destination using I-35 South. 1
