Introduction
•
Suncoast Remediation: •
We discovered that several factors led to the significant challenges they faced on their path to success. Various issues related to their business operations, machinery, and employee treatment played crucial roles in the setbacks that necessitated remediation at Sun Coast.
•
Suncoast: •
Sun Coast was renowned for its dedication to providing assistance and remediation services to both government and business entities. They were particularly recognized for their commitment to health and safety services in contaminated areas.
•
At Sun Coast, we encountered several challenges that required investigation. These included examining the potential correlation between weight and height, choosing between Group A's prior training and Group B's revised training, evaluating the effectiveness of earplugs against various noise decibels, analyzing the relationship between safety training expenses and lost work hours, measuring pre and post blood levels, and assessing the return-on-investments for air, soil, water, health, and training projects.

Research Objectives
•
This research focuses on improving and restoring the work environment at Suncoast, with specific emphasis on the following targets:
•
RO1: involves investigating the potential correlations between weight and height-related problems.
•
RO2: to assess the planning costs in relation to time hours and lost time hours.
•
RO3: analyze the noise levels in relation to decibels (dB) and the equipment and hardware used by employees.
•
RO4:aim is to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of the two training methods: Group A, the prior training group, and Group B, the revised training group.
•
RO5: to identify and compare the disparity in lead levels in employees' blood between the pre-exposure and post-exposure tests.
Research Methodology
The quantitative technique was employed for this study's research methodology. This strategy allows me to test their beliefs against their variables via goals based on the correlations that they have in the hopes of determining what prompted them to go through remediation.
Research approach - I would choose the descriptive approach due to the critical necessity to validate the factors and why the Sun Coast organization failed. I would need to examine and evaluate all of the material supplied in order to cross-check and reference it.
Research techniques - I picked these research techniques because, based on the information presented, I needed to cross-
reference by first determining the appropriate methodology for this sort of study, for which I chose quantitative research. I chose that strategy because it would enable me to take the inquiries and other information and examine them.Using the descriptive layout would assist me in locating a focal point of what is, which would assist me in determining what the true cause with the Sun Coast problems is.
Literary Review Six concerns were identified throughout this evaluation, and they are as follows:
Particulate Matter - A difficulty arose inside the Particulate Matter when attempting to determine the relationship among PM size and the staff member's health.
The efficacy of security training - there was difficulty with figuring out the health and protection training by wasting hours planning for them.
Noise Exposure - an issue with noise levels caused by the sort of equipment used by personnel to determine dB levels from acquired resources.
New Employee Training- an issue in determining which employee training works better out of two groups, Group A (previous group) and Group B (updated group).
Lead Exposure- an issue with determining modifications in levels of blood that included varying quantities of lead.
Return-on-Investment (ROI) is a concern when it comes to supplying air, soil, water, health, and training techniques.

Research question and hypothesis
•
RQ1: Is there a connection between particle size and staff sick days?
•
HO1:The association between PM size and staff sick days is not statistically significant.
•
HA1:PM number and staff sick days have a statistically significant association.
•
RQ2: Is there a correlation between safety planning expenses and lost time hours?
•
HO2: The link between planned time hours and wasted hours is not statistically significant.
•
HA2: Scheduled hours and lost time hours have a statistically significant association.
•
RQ3: Is there a link between dB noise levels and the technology and hardware that employees use?
•
HO3: The amount of noise and hardware levels in decibels have no statistically significant association.
•
HA3:There is a statistical association between the amount of noise and hardware levels measured in decibels.
Research Question and Hypothesis Continued
•
RQ4: Is there a link between group A before training and group B after training?
•
HA4: There is no significant difference in training between Group A and Group B.
•
HO4: Group A and Group B training have a statistically significant association. •
RQ5: Is there a link between lead levels in the environment and lead levels in the blood?
•
HA5: There is no significant link between lead and blood lead levels.
•
HO5: There is a statistically significant association between lead and blood lead levels.
•
RQ6: Is there a link between the return on investment in soil, water, health, and training?
•
HA6: There is no statistically significant link between the return on investment from air, soil, water, health, and training.
•
HO6: Return on investment from air, soil, water, health, and training is statistically significant.
Data Analysis
Document analysis would be the data-collecting approach that I would employ. Using document analysis would allow me to study all of the data that was going on within the company, allowing me to look over and analyze the papers to determine what information could be gleaned from them. Being able to study the papers would aid me in gathering information to help me identify solutions to answer their queries and assist them in developing a strategy to assist them.
I honestly believe that record analysis is the greatest technique to obtain information that will be useful in resolving Sun Coast's difficulties since I could study every document to determine when it first began to go down in the hopes of resolving most of their troubles.

Data Analysis Continued
RQ2 is connected to what has been done previously against what has changed that cannot be expected. RQ5 is actually based on decibel-level predictions, which is why extrapolation is the optimum data analysis process for RQ5.
Because there is no association between the variables, correlation is the most chosen data analysis for RQ3. When determining blood levels for their staff, they are attempting to ascertain the location. And, because the interest is dependent on the return on investment, ANOVA is the ideal approach for testing the RQ6 hypotheses. This is the greatest option since it attempts to validate the return on investment in order to identify the elements that cause this circumstance to arise.
Findings •
After evaluating all of the data from the Suncoast Remediation project, I discovered that when one problem exists, it may trigger other things to go wrong. Suncoast had several difficulties that might have been rectified if individuals had taken the time to develop workable answers for each difficulty that had arisen. There were also several ways that might have been employed to help solve or correct every issue because they were all either missing something or weren't up to date with information to maintain something accurate. I also learned that the best or finest firms might experience problems or failures down the road, particularly in the early stages of establishing or building something. If every organization prepares for failure and has backup plans in place for these sorts of crises or scenarios, they will be able to repair them quickly. The Suncoast Remediation program has six flaws that were discovered to be incorrect. They each have a unique approach to re-establishing their role in the project.
Recommendations Research-based decision-
making may have a direct impact on organizational practices by offering some insight into methods to help improve or solve an issue by providing various ways and alternatives to help develop better decision-making ideas by utilizing their creativity.
Research-based decision-
making is a method for deciding if a program, practice, policy, or set of policies is based on the most recent research findings and informed by field experience and relevant contextual evidence, such as that shown in the Suncoast Remediation study.
I would strongly advise conducting preliminary research to ensure that all kinks are worked out, everybody is aware of the tasks they are expected to do, and every employee understands what their position is in the organization so that they are very accurate in their duties and know who they can go to in the event of a problem.

Reflection
•
I learned a lot throughout this course, especially how to apply formulae in Microsoft Excel. It was not an easy course, but I feel like I gave it my all to perform well. This was completely new to me because I had never dealt with Excel to this extent before. I enjoy the entirety of what this course demonstrated and instructed me since I am a new businesswoman, I need to know how to manage specific difficulties and where to go to obtain feedback that would help me do so.
