2 Healthcare Shortage Proposal Many issues and obstacles occur in the healthcare field that affect both employees and patients. The shortage of health-care professionals is a major concern. Due to a lack of educators, high turnover, and unequal employment distribution, the health care field continues to face shortages. The shortage of health-care professionals is an issue not only in the United States, but in many other countries as well. Because of the challenges in hiring and scheduling, the shortage of health care professionals is a major issue for healthcare field professionals. There seems to be a lot of available resources to resolve the shortage of health care professionals. Employees, extra room, decision makers, funding, educational resources, training, and assistance are examples of such resources. There are tasks that must be put in place and concentrated on for each resource. Trying to offer trainings and conferences, analyzing program activities, and offer greater educational resources are examples of such tasks. Each activity task will be critical to the achievement of the goals. Among these objectives are enhancing the assistance and coordination of stakeholder and health care professionals, recognizing challenges and opportunities for transformation, and increasing decision maker and health care professional hiring (Nkomazana., al el 2015). 3 retiring healthcare profession, with many of people leaving the job with no one to replace them. The employers will keep struggling if the healthcare system is not resolved. A further factor is healthcare workers burnout between several remaining physicians and medical personnel. A powerful and reliable leadership is expected to resolve and regulate the shortage of health care professionals. The above leader must be able to communicate his or her visions to the entire team. Such narrow, moderate, and brief goals are all part of an idea. Individuals still must set an example for others. That is, they create a portrait of what they hope to achieve rather than what is possible. A good leader must be able to speak effectively and successfully. There will be communication errors and confusion throughout the workforce if the leader is unable to speak effectively with their group. The leader must also can make tough choices. That is, they must be able to make quick, difficult decisions and accept responsibility for them. Finally, a good leader means empowering his or her group and community. To evaluate his or her demands, abilities, and preferences, they must invest in their group and communities. Top notch tasks and strategies must be done to resolve the shortage of health care professionals. Scientific data collected in health-care groups to develop their advantages and disadvantages, improved health programs, making health-care care more affordable, and giving health-care professionals a stronger say in health choices are examples of such developmental projects. Doing science studies in health-care organizations across the globe could provide an interesting observation as to why the shortage occurred to begin with, and solution to be resolved. There is now research being done in the United States to address the shortage of health care professionals, but the findings have yet to be. The nursing shortage is expected to lower by 2022 which is this year, when an additional healthcare profession most retire or leave the workforce (Maslach & Leiter, 2016) .
