Summarize the Source:
This article shows how a state's legalization status has a
substantial influence on inhabitants' attitudes about marijuana use. A poll of US
individuals indicated that those who use marijuana recreationally are more likely to feel it
helps with pain management, stress alleviation, and appetite improvement. They also
claimed that smoking one joint per day was less harmful than smoking one cigarette per
day. Furthermore, individuals in recreational and medicinal marijuana states felt second-
hand marijuana smoking was safer than second-hand tobacco smoke. Concerns have been
raised because of the commercialization of high-potency cannabis products and favorable
media coverage advocating usage for health conditions.

This article informs readers on the legalization of
medical marijuana for people with disabilities in order to prevent job discrimination.
Furthermore, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines marijuana use as a
"illegal use of drugs," offering little protection to disabled employees seeking therapy,
and the ADA should be used to protect and treat medicinal marijuana use in the same way
that other pharmaceuticals with significant negative effects are protected and treated.
