THE PROFESSIONAL DISPOSITIONS OF LEARNERS IS IMPORTANT IN EDUCATION
SETTINGS BECAUSE, IT SHOWS THAT YOU ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR
JOB RATHER THAN JUST HAVING THE TITLE OF BEING A TEACHER. IF YOU ARE
CONSTANTLY SHOWING YOUR STUDENTS THAT YOU HAVE HGH EXPECTATIONS
FOR THEM, THEY WILL UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS BEST TO ALWAYS ASK YOU FOR
HELP. I’M CONSTANLY ON MY DAUGHTERS BACK ABOUT HER NOT BEING
AFRAID TO ASK HER TEACHER FOR ADDITIONAL HELP. THAT IS WHAT THE
TEACHER IS THERE FOR. WE OFTEN STOP INTO HER TEACHERS CLASSROOM AT
THE END OF THE DAY SO I CAN GET A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT WAS TAUGHT TO
HAVE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING. I SEE THAT, THAT IS SOMETHING THAT THE
TEACHERS LOVE. HOW WILL THEY KNOW THAT YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND
SOMETHING IF YOU DON’T ASK FOR HELP. I THINK THAT PLAYS A BIG PART IN
REFLECTION AS WELL.

THE CLASSROOM THAT I AM IN ON DAILY, I SEE THE TEACHER DEMONSTRATE HONESTY. I THINK SHE DEMONSTRATES THAT WITH THE WILLINGNESS TO HELP HER STUDENTS ACHIEVE A HIGHER STANDARD THEN THEY SHOW HER. AS A TEACHER YOUR MAIN FOCUS SHE BE ALL OF YOUR STUDENTS AND NOT SINGLE ANYONE OUT. I HAVEN’T SEEEN HER SHOW FAVORITISM IN ANY AREA. I KNOW THAT I NEED TO WORK ON HARDSHIP AS A TEACHER. I FEEL LIKE SOMETIMES I CAN BE TO NICE TO STUDENTS AND I DON’T WANT A CLASS TO THINK THEY CAN RUN OVER ME.
