10 Assistive Technology 1. Seeing AI – This is an app that is designed for students with low vision. Audio Player and Recorder – Helps students listen to stories as they read the words. Seat Cousins - These are for students with sensory processing or attention disorders. 7. Alternative Keyboard – Programmable keyboards that help students who are having a hard time with regular keyboards. It is a good tool for students with LD and typing issues. FM Listening System (Frequency Modulation System) helps reduce background noise. Sip and Puff System – Designed for students with limited mobility, and students with physical disabilities. They use inhalation to sip and exhalation to puff which is usually done with some type of wand, straw, or tube.
