As the use of this platform becomes more prevalent, what are (or should be) the cybersecurity-related concerns for employers? Are there confidentiality and data privacy concerns for employers concerning how employees might utilize ChatGPT at work? 2. Explain how the use of artificial intelligence might result in discriminatory practicing in hiring. What are the dangers of ChatGPT user prompts when an employee asks the ChatGPT tool to answer questions or complete a project? 3. What legislative policy would you develop to ensure privacy and prevent discrimination among companies when hiring when ChatGPT is involved? What type of legislation would protect us? How can (or should) this AI be regulated? 4. Based on what you have learned in this course, offer your observations as to whether your new policy would ensure a safe cybersecurity environment within the foreseeable future. (Note: you may read about ChatGPT-1, or ChatGPT-2, or ChatGPT-3 or ChatGPT-4, etc. The higher the number, the newer the technology.
