Scenario 1: Call taker Reason for call: Caller could hear what sounded like a physical domestic coming from next door at 1309 Union St with possible gun shots heard. The caller advised that husband and wife live at the location with their two kids. There is a red jeep in the driveway of the occurred house. Dispatch: Dispatch S72C, S75C, S79C, and S76C to the call and show them both enroute and on scene. S79C is the first to get on scene and asks you to run tag number ABC123 and advise who it comes back to. You run the tag number and attach it to the call. The next units arrive on scene, and they attempt to enter the house. S79C advises on air that he can see through a back window a WM subject sitting in a chair with a gun to his head and then advises that one gun shot was heard. He then requests a unit with a shield to the front of the house they gain entry and find 3 gunshot victims. S79C advises that it is clear for FD life statis questionable on two patients and one deceased. Dispatch advises that it is clear for FD. When interviewing the neighbor S72C learns that there is a second child Amy Hill, and she works at the AMC Woodlands, but it is uncertain if she is at work currently. S72C advises that he is enroute to that location to attempt to make contact. Dispatch must show him in-route to the secondary location of 3128 Tampa Rd. When S72C arrives at the second location he requests FD for female having a heard time breathing. Dispatch must now get FD in-route to the AMC Woodlands at 3128 Tampa Rd. S76C comes up on radio asking for a unit with a Catch Pole for an aggressive dog. Dispatch must look under capabilities for a unit close that can assist. S79C asks for CSI to respond, dispatch duplicates the call and MCASE’s the call. Later in the shift S72C advises that he cleared the call wrong and needs to have the call re-opened. Dispatch must reopen the call for S72C.
