Module 2 Short Responses – Question 1 What types of primary and secondary sources will you need to use to support the topic you are examining in your essay? You don't need the actual sources yet, but you should have an idea of what they might be (such as an eyewitness account of an event, for example). The types of primary sources I hope to use are interviews or quotes from the participating members, black and white, to show the perspective of the historical event from both sides. Newspaper articles from that time will be a helpful primary source because the media plays a large part in how society views or reacts to a situation. I'd also like to use reports from the schools at that time. What the enrollment numbers were and how the push for desegregation affected them. Module 2 Short Responses – Question 2 What are two or three keywords you could use to look for sources to answer this question?
