3 This research question is about figuring out why people buy things online and how businesses can use that information to sell more effectively. As someone studying business and interested in marketing, understanding why people make purchasing decisions is crucial. Since I want to work in e-commerce, where sales happen online, this research can help me learn how to sell products better online in the future .
