Any information that is accessible to individuals outside the company falls under the category of external information needs.
There are numerous benefits to having a different culture as well, but there are also difficulties brought on by cultural differences. For instance, trade between China and Hong Kong is hampered by the war between the two nations.
The team works on the need after the manager delivers it. In other words, understanding the requirement is crucial to attaining organizational objectives.

Protocols are simple to comprehend and are easily understood. It should be possible to receive it by voice or text ( e.g., E-mail, face to face, phone, etc).
For the purpose of developing workplace safety procedures, risk assessment must be done. Reports from risk assessments should be used to guide the implementation and evaluation of control measures.

at least two communication protocols.
Adapt the protocols (e.g. by using a different colour or font) to addressat least two different contexts (e.g. deaf employees).
Attach your protocol (including adaptations) to this section of the portfolio.
Social users can freely communicate and share information thanks to social media protocols. A new social profile that is being created must be discussed with the PR manager first. Only when there are demonstrable business demands and enough resources to address criticism do we consent to a new profile.
Posters. Other than online signings, posters mounted to walls provide information using images and typefaces. For instance, there are announcements and event posters. The drawback is that information can only be one-sided, making it challenging
to get.
It should take into account people who are deaf or have visual impairments, and delivery methods like braille and voice recording should be available.
Support and implement developed protocol(s)
Prepare at least two different materials (e.g. intranet post, poster, video, checklist etc.)to support and/or implement the developed protocols.
At least one of your materials should use An intranet is a network of computers on the internet used for internal information exchange. An intranet platform must be chosen before an intranet can be developed. Most often, Wordpress is the platform of choice. Convenience features including announcements, staff FAQs, and safety and security resources can be found on the intranet. Additionally, employees can communicate more quickly and easily by using intranet chat rather than email.
In the workplace, checklists might help to clear up communication issues. You can move forward with work and inspection using the checklist. In situations requiring the administration of multiple individuals, rather than just one, such as hazardous locations
and hygiene management, checklists must be created. The zones are split, and each zone's hazards and conditions are succinctly described.

digital technology.

to organisational
communication requirements.
Implement the materials in the workplace (e.g. upload an intranet post, place a poster on the notice board).
Attach proof of the implemented
materials to this section of the portfolio (e.g. photo of poster on notice board).

Mentor others to achieve communication goals
Who are you mentoring?
What expertise/wisdo
m/knowledge are you ableto offer?
What mentoring principles will you follow?
How will you address I am a new employee's mentor.
I know how to interact with others and where to look for potential new members.
It should be possible for mentors to support and direct their mentees.
To avoid mistakes in their professional lives and communications, mentors should offer
advice and criticism.
The messenger and email, in my opinion, are the most widely used forms of communication. In general, I believe that messenger is used for straightforward conversation whereas email is designed for formal information exchange.
When setting and completing broad goals via email, it is simpler and faster to communicate quick bits of information over messenger. Email, however, is more efficient for sending files or significant amounts of information.
I won't single out the opponent for condemnation, but I will convey my intentions. In addition, I will fulfill all of my obligations as a mentor, including providing feedback and providing support.

Section 2: Engage in workplace communication and negotiation
Prepare to communicate complex information and negotiate outcomes.
What information (related to your selected workplace project or issue) must be conveyed and negotiated?
With whom will the information be conveyedand negotiated (at least two different audiences on separate occasions)?
Workplace : Worlducation
Hong Kong only offers a little amount of manufacturing and information. It's time to start up new production facilities or outsource some functions, such sales and operations, supplier agreements, to other nations.
For remote learning, provide fresh information on developing cloud-
based solutions. The manufacturing division needs to bargain with clients.
Information distribution to management and customers, as well as negotiations, is required.
First occasion:
Describe the audience
Are you aware of any
communication challenges?
Are you aware of any
differing perspectives?
Language constraints in the target market might generate communication issues
for businesses that cater to people from all over the world.
Plan outcomes
What are the When creating a KPI, negotiating is crucial.

potential outcomes of
the negotiation (at least two)?
What are your desired outcomes (at least one)?
They haggle about increases or other incentives, as well as the quantity of sales
targets.
Options for pay are given to employees, such as performance bonuses and promotion transfers.
When pay for performance is offered, employees will put in more effort.
There are potential outcomes in negotiations for one party or both.
Plan approach
How will you communicate?
What method will
you use?
What communication style will you adopt?
Why is this style suitable?
What communication challenges/risks do you anticipate (at least two)?
How will you remove any barriers that may influence understanding?
Which negotiation techniques will you follow to positively influence others?
I'll be in touch via email. For appropriate information delivery and communication, it's crucial to show respect for and empathy for other people.
Additionally, it's critical to negotiate the level of KPIs because too high a level of KPIs might make employees anxious. Appropriate training methods and information providing should also be taken into account if new technology is deployed and personnel are unable to use it.
Instead of adopting an aggressive approach during talks, it is crucial to adopt a cooperative one. When someone solely looks out for themselves, cooperation may become less likely. I won't, however, adopt a losing mindset or focus too much on what the other person is thinking.
Language obstacles, a lack of information, etc. may affect the communication.
The use of interpreters or translators makes it simple to overcome language barriers, and the provision of information or technical feedback can eliminate a lack of knowledge.
I'll ask for suggestions. Asking for guidance is perceived as a sign of weakness, inexperience, etc., during negotiations. In actuality, though, seeking advise during negotiations can boost advisors' confidence and encourage opinion sharing, which can result in productive conversation.
Communicate complex information and negotiate

In the mentoring process, mentees can gather more information and find answers to their questions.
I anticipate that mentees will be more conscious of Worlducation's objective.
Summary the feedback
The quality and level of the service and the goods were well-liked by several clients. The response was, however, that it had a somewhat slower reaction time than goods made by other companies.
Identify opportunity for improvement
What areas of your communication and negotiation need improvement?
How effective were the communication channels, systems and processes?
What areas of the team or organisational practices need improvement?
A link will be issued through email to start the survey. The website for the company's online survey is accessible via the link. Currently, the user must remain anonymous, and language support for each nation has to be improved. Since the survey is written from the perspective of the user, company
improvements can benefit from their candor.
The survey's results ought to be stored digitally. Teams and organizations should consider how to improve their services based on the findings of these surveys.
