Reflective Lesson Summary
The efficacy of the literacy activity was contingent upon my capacity to comprehend the distinct interests and aptitudes of my learner. By identifying the student's unique learning styles and motivations, I tailored my instructional approaches accordingly (Reutzel & Cooter, 2019). One-on-One and Group conversations facilitated a collaborative exploration of the subject matter, enabling learner to articulate their thoughts and better understand the underlying
concepts (Fisher & Frey, 2012). Phonetics and rhyming words have emerged as powerful means of expression, facilitating the visual representation of intricate concepts. Nevertheless, the task of effectively controlling student participation was a significant obstacle. To effectively address this matter, I intend to enhance my proficiency in student management, specifically in facilitating discussions, to mitigate potential distractions. Upon careful reflection
on this particular experience, I firmly believe that via enhanced management strategies, the learning environment may be further optimized, guaranteeing that every child is provided with a customized and fulfilling educational experience.
