REFLECTION OF THE LESSON LEARNED I have earned that: Diplomacy through Internet tools has caused the emergence of digital diplomacy. The egalitarian and open nature of social media has made it difficult for countries to protect censors and secret information deemed harmful to the security of a nation. The organizational culture and generational issues affect the nation’s ability to use the current digital tools in an organized way.
CONCLUSION Overall: The transformation of diplomacy presents both challenges and opportunities to countries like the UAE. Regulation on the use of media in the UAE helps in safeguarding its reputation and that of its leaders, institutions, and citizens.
