This also allows us to keep up with any changes in their expectations or reguirements. 7~ We willuzse 2 combination of methods to communicate with clients. These methods include email, phone calls vigdeo conferencing, and in-person meetings. Email is 2 grestwaywo quickly provide nformation and is an efficient way to keep in touch. Phone calls and video conferencing allow us to have more meaningful conversations and build relationships with our chents. In- person mestings are @ great way to build a personal connection and ensure that 3!l of our clients needs are being met. We will present information to clients in a clear and concise manner. We will use 2asy-to- understand language, diagrams, or other visuals when needed. We will also provide information in a timeline format to ensure that our clients are awares of any upcoming deadlines or requirements. Wewilluse 2 customer relationship management (CRM) system to record 2ll interactions with our clients. This system will allow us to track all conversations, emails, phone calls, and meetings in one place. This wil ensure that we have an accurate record of all of our nteractions with each client 7 During the initial meeting, we will ask our clients about their expectauons goals, and timeline for the project. We will also ask about their budget, timeline for delivering resuits and any other relevant information. We will also ask about their preferred communication and any other guestions that will nelp us better understand their neeas
