We live in stressful times. How can we reduce our stress? How can we increase our
happiness? Take the five-minute online quiz called "True Happiness Compass" at:

Answer the questions, read your evaluation, and be prepared to discuss stress management
tips with your classmates.
What did you think of the quiz?
The quiz was easy to take and provided a good overview of my true level of happiness.

The online questionnaire gave me a clear and accurate overview of my mental health, thus I
would give it a five. The review was comprehensive and perceptive, and the questions provoked
thoughtful responses. Furthermore, the survey offered practical and helpful advice on how to
lower stress and raise happiness.
